Remember the 2 massive piles of mulch that appeared to have been dumped in Tempe Reserve? Council has used most of it to mulch the Norfolk Island Pines that line Holbeach Avenue, the road into Tempe Reserve. While it’s good to see that most of the mulch has been used, these photos show the destruction that the unloading did to the established landscaping here.
