Public talk – Coal Seam Gas – Do we need it to power Sydney?

Sydney Residents Against Coal Seam Gas http://www.nogasmininginsydney.com/ & Jacinta Green have arranged a talk by the CEO of City of Sydney Council  on Trigeneration.

Monica Barone, CEO of the City of Sydney Council is going to talk about the City of Sydney Council’s plans for Trigeneration. The gas company has cited these plans as one of the drivers for the St Peters Coal Seam Gas Well. http://www.cityofsydney.nsw.gov.au/Council/OnExhibition/CityofSydney.asp.

A speaker from Beyond Zero will also talk about some alternatives for energy creation beyond coal, gas and coal seam gas. http://www.beyondzeroemissions.org/
